The 2021 Château Miquelon is a fruit-forward, easy-drinking Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux built around Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, with Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot in support. The nose offers black plum, dark cherry and a hint of baking spice, while the palate is juicy and smooth with supple tannins and a refreshing finish. Approachable from release, it pairs well with roast lamb, game or beef stew.
