Shipping Policy – The Vintage Wine Club Malaysia
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within the following areas:
- Klang Valley
- Kuala Lumpur
- Petaling Jaya
- Selangor
If your delivery address is outside these areas, please contact us directly and we will do our best to arrange a solution.

Minimum Order
Minimum order value: RM250 before delivery fees.
Delivery Fees
- Orders RM600 and above: Complimentary delivery
- Orders below RM600: RM50 delivery fee
Delivery fees apply per location.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are typically completed within:
- 1–3 working days from order confirmation
- Monday to Friday
- Business hours delivery
For urgent delivery requests, please contact us directly and we will try to accommodate.
Temperature-Controlled Delivery
All wines are shipped using temperature-controlled transportation to ensure optimal storage conditions and wine quality during transit.
Failed Delivery
If no one is available to receive the order:
- A re-delivery fee may apply
- Please ensure someone above 18 years old is available to receive the wines
Order Processing
Orders are processed:
- Monday to Friday
- Excluding public holidays
- After payment confirmation
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Special Delivery Requests
If you require:
- Specific delivery timing
- Same-day delivery (subject to availability)
- Bulk or event delivery
- Delivery outside Klang Valley
