Château Lafleur Peyrabon

Pauillac

The Domain

Château Lafleur Peyrabon is a well-regarded estate located in Pauillac, at the heart of Bordeaux’s Left Bank. Situated close to some of the appellation’s most prestigious classified growths, the château benefits from classic gravelly soils that are ideally suited to Cabernet Sauvignon.

The vineyard is planted predominantly to Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by Merlot, on deep gravel terraces over clay. This terroir delivers wines with structure, aromatic precision, and the firm yet refined tannic framework typical of Pauillac.

The Style

Viticulture is carried out with precision and consistency, focusing on balanced yields and optimal ripeness. In the cellar, winemaking is traditional and measured, favouring controlled extraction and careful ageing in French oak to enhance complexity while preserving freshness and varietal expression.

Château Lafleur Peyrabon produces classic, well-structured Pauillac wines with notes of dark berries, cassis, graphite, and subtle spice. The wines are approachable in their youth yet offer the capacity to age gracefully, making Lafleur Peyrabon a reliable and elegant expression of the appellation.
