The 2022 Domaine Rolet Arbois Trousseau is a pale, bright ruby with an intensely aromatic nose of wild raspberry, red cherry, cranberry, wildflowers and a lift of pink pepper. The palate is light-to-medium bodied and juicy, with crisp red fruit, a delicate earthiness and silky tannins. The finish is long, dry and refreshing with a characteristic saline, spicy edge. Best served slightly chilled around 14-16°C alongside duck, mushroom risotto or aged Comté.
